16-19 Bursary Fund
The 16-19 Bursary Fund aims to help students overcome any financial barriers they may face when attending a Sixth Form or Further Education College. Eligible students must be 16 years and over, but under 19 on 31 August before the start of the academic year and must meet the residency criteria.
Applications can be made for support with specific expenses that would otherwise make it difficult for a student to participate in their courses. We have a limited budget each year, provided by the government, so it may not be possible to meet all eligible requests. Applications should be made by 30 September.
